AUTO-DISABLE (AD) SYRINGES

Auto-disable (AD) syringes automatically become disabled after one use. The "Higgs" syringe is a single-use, disposable, auto-disable syringe with a safety plunger that breaks off after a single use. The "Higgs" syringes can be purchased with a detachable needle. Auto disable syringes are meets ISO 7886-3 & ISO7886-4 Standards for A.D. Syringes.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:

  •   Auto-disable (AD) syringes automatically become disabled after one use.
  •   AD Syringes are available with needle & without needle.
  •   Manufactured from medical grade virgin polypropylene.
  •   Prominent graduation ensures dosage accuracy and avoids wastage of valuable medicine.
  •   Latex free & thermoplastic Elastomer gasket is inert that provides minimum friction during movement and prevents leakage and back flow.
  •   Sharp triple facetted bevelled tip needle for minimum pain and extremely smooth penetration.
  •   Sterile, Disposable (Single use only), Non-Pyrogenic, Latex Free & Individually packed.
  •   Manufactured as per IS: 10258 / ISO: 7886-1.

  •   Individually packing: Ribbon Pack in tough laminated film, highly resistant to puncture and tearing.
  •   Individually packing: Blister Pack in medical grade paper and film making it safe and suitable for long-term storage.

LOCK (DISABLE SYSTEM):

  •   Presence of loop & lock mechanism which automatically breaks the plunger, if reuse is attempted.
 

PRECAUTION:

  •   Before use, check the integrity of the sealing of the pack, if the pack is previously opened or damaged then do not use.
  •   Do not push the plunger forward before withdrawing medicament from the vial otherwise plunger will get locked.
 

WARNING:

  •   Do not attempt to re-sterilize and reuse.
