Hypodermic Disposable Needles are manufactured using premium quality, stainless steel with the latest Japanese Technology, "Higgs" needles are ground on high-precision machines and assembled and packed on totally automated machines with vision camera quality controls for enabling superior sharpness to ensure (smooth penetration) injections with minimal pain.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
- Disposable Needles are made from imported 304 stainless steel Cannula
- Available as three-face-bevel & Ultra-sharp lancet point
- Siliconised, minimizing drag during penetration and withdrawal.
- Needle point is checked by vision camera system.
- Non-toxic and Non-pyrogenic
- Disposable needles are sterilized with Etheylene Oxide (EO) gas.
- Manufactured as per IS : 10654 /ISO:7864 / ISO:6009
PRODUCT PACKING:
- Individually packing: The disposable needles are packed in blister packs having easily peelable, fibre-free, imported, medical-grade paper to ensure reliability of sealing and product sterility.
- Inner packing: Corrugated carton box
- Outer packing: Corrugated carton box

- Do not attempt to re-sterilize and reuse.
