It is intended for use in the administration of fluids from a container into the patient's vascular system through a vascular access device.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
- Conventional Infusion Set.
- Specially designed cylindrical collapsible drip chamber to visualize the flow rate.
- Disc type fluid filter at the bottom of chamber filters any particulate matter in the I.V fluid
- Drip formation rate is 20 drops = 1.0 + 0.1 ml ( 1.0 + 0.1 grams )
- 150 cm long super smooth kink resistant tubing.
- Superior quality latex bulb for additional medication.
- Micro-pin provided for Micro drip (for Micro Non-Vented & Vented sets).
- Sterile, disposable, non-pyrogenic, individually packed.
- Infusion set as per ISO 8536 - 4 : 1987 / IS 12655 (PART -4) 1988
PACKING OPTIONS:
- Individually packing: Medical Grade paper pouch with standard plastic Film/Ribbon Pack
- Inner packing: Corrugated carton box
- Outer packing: Corrugated carton box
PRECAUTION:
- Before use, check the integrity of the sealing of the pack, if the pack is previously opened or damaged then do not use.
- Infusion Set is designed for single use only
- Measured Set is designed for single use only
- It is recommended that set is changed every 24 hours
WARNING:
- Do not attempt to re-sterilize and reuse.
- Not to be used for "Blood and Blood derivatives"
