Why we exist and what we do

Hervik Healthcare (HH) It's the policy of the company to achieve internationally praiseworthy standardized quality with the help of the most appropriate production technology with a dedicated production team in a pleasant atmosphere as per the requirements of ISO 13485 and any other applicable regulation and then offer it for the benefit of the patient and doctor at a price any other local manufacturer will find it difficult to meet, for similar performance specification.

It is the policy of the company that in case of a customer complaint or defects being reported, all deeds would be made by The Top Management to promptly attend to the complaint and compensate the loss of the customer by arranging free replacement of the rejected goods or by some mutually satisfactory agreement.

Hervik Healthcare (HH) is obeying to all the international standards and internal norms for producing medical consumables using highly automated technology. When it comes to quality assurance, Hervik Healthcare conforms to ISO:13485:2016 standards.

At Hervik Healthcare, we are strongly committed to quality and accuracy from selection of raw material to commercialization process. We are using high grade raw material for producing our products sourced from trusted vendors only. Each and every product manufactured with us is well tested for quality norms and standards as per ISO and market demands. All products manufactured by us are ISO 13485:2016.

Apart from this, Quality Circles are framed and we are practiced throughout the organization to ensure consistency, quality, and minimal chances of defectives reaching the consumer. Those Quality Circles are taking a more responsibility on the ongoing analysis of data gathered through customer feedback & internal processes.
